IBPS CLERK Prelims Preparation tips
Hi aspirants, lets begin the journey for preparation. Before start doing we have to know what we have to do? Without knowledge of all topics which will cover in exam its worthless. Because if you prepared one topic and is not available in exam is not useful. So we'll go through the concepts in each of the three sections covered in prelims
As we already know there are three sections in prelims. Those are reasoning, arithmetic and english.
Reasoning:
As we have many topics in reasoning but in bank exam some section will play main role. The dominating sections in reasoning are in-equalities, syllolism, coding-decoding and arrangement( seating or floor etc).
These are major ones that will cover nearly 25 to 30 marks. We all know according to the pattern this section contains 35 marks only among them the above are covering nearly 30 marks. That means if you are well in the above four topics you will gain more score.
Now lets list out the topics of reasoning which will come in bank exams.
Arithmetic:
Arithmetic also contains many topics but of-course some are most important like, data interpretation, percentages and averages. Lets go through detailed analysis. Out of 35 questions, Mostly in clerk exams there are 2 data interpretations will come which gives 10 marks. Next place taken by number series we will get 5 questions from this topic. 5 to 10 simplification (also include approximations) will come. And 5 questions from quadratic equations. Like this questions will be divided. Every time this pattern is coming so we might also expect this time also. But not to neglect any other topic. Lets list out the topics which will come in most of the bank exams.
English:
English is crucial in IBPS Clerk Prelims exam because most of the people will clear both the reasoning and arithmetic but struck in English. So we must have to concentrate in English with special concentration. The concepts mostly covered in English are :
